We do not have a resume program available at our office. A resume service is available at some of good resources offline and online and we can recommend one as www.____.com

We utilize your resume as a placement tool for the client. We ask that you submit your resume by logging into the jobs portal or by email. Be sure to include a phone number where we can contact you. You can send your resume to resumes@finceptive.de. If you’ve worked with us before and simply need to send us an updated version of your resume, please send those to resumes@finceptive.de as well.

All resumes emailed must be in Microsoft Word format.

We do not feel it is beneficial to bring you in for an appointment when we do not have any job openings within your field.

Our goal is to make a perfect match for both the client and the applicant, however, we cannot guarantee employment for everyone who applies.  We wait until we feel confident we can use the skillsets the applicants have before scheduling an appointment so we are not wasting their time or giving them false hope.

Click the Link to “Openings” Page, you will be able to find details of the recent openings, as there might be many opening which due to time and resource constraints are not able to come on the website, we recommend you to complete your candidate registration by giving your detailed information in the “Candidate Registration” Link at the end of the “Candidate” Page and create your candidate web portal account.  You will be able to attach your resume and begin applying for our jobs.  Monitor our job listings as much as you are able to since we constantly get new job openings.  If we currently do not have a job you are interested in, keep checking back!

Our goal is to place candidates as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee employment. We do encourage you to utilize our services as one of your resources during your job search!

Our Client Specialist will prepare you with all of the essential information you will need, such as the interview location, the interviewer’s name, and the job description.  They will also provide interview preparation tips to adequately prepare you to shine like a star in the interview!

No, all charges are paid by FINCEPTIVE’s clients.

FINCEPTIVE employees can submit their hours via our electronic timesheet submittal process, at our website or sending same on an excel sheet format given, or by completing a paper timesheet.

At the end of your work day each Friday, visit the FINCEPTIVE website. On ABOUT FINCEPTIVE menu, check INTERNAL RESOURCES submenu MENU or on “Candidate” page, click on the “Internal Resources” button located at the top right corner of the screen. This will take you to a page where you can access the FINCEPTIANS link – scroll down until you see the FINCAPTIANS login.  To login, you must first create an account. Please visit www.finceptive.de/FINCEPTIANS.

The timesheet deadline for entering online hours is Saturday, 11:59 p.m. Hours MUST be entered by 11:59 p.m. on the Saturday following the work week to guarantee that your supervisor will receive an e-mail to approve them.

Your funds will be processed and either direct deposited to a checking or savings account, as provided by you (subject to the approval of the client).

Paper timesheet is still acceptable. Please remember to:

Print your full name and social security number on your timesheet.

Enter our customer’s company name and the name of the person you report to for the assignment.

For each day worked, record the date, time started, time finished, time taken for lunch, and actual hours worked.

Sign your timesheet and enter the correct week ending date (Saturday).

Have our customer sign your timesheet and indicate whether your assignment is continuing or has been completed.

Leave the last copy with our customer and return the balance of the set to the FINCEPTIVE’s office.

Timesheet deadline is 11:59 pm every Saturday Night (including holiday weeks). Finceptive’s Frankfurt office has a convenient drop slot at our front door for evening or weekend drops.

Our pay days can vary depending on your assignment and location and also with the help of your promptness in providing your timesheet to client for approval. Your FINCEPTIVE representative will let you know when you can expect to be paid.

There are many variables in determining pay rates. These variables include skill requirements, education, experience, etc. We’ve hired for minimum wage positions all the way up to positions that offer six figure salaries. Most job postings on our website will have pay ranges listed.

Make sure your resume is updated and includes all of your skills. We recommend monitoring our job listings every day, or at least a few times per week. Please make sure you have the experience and skills required for the jobs you apply for.

Also remember to tell us if any of your contact information changes, so we will have a way of getting in touch with you as quickly as possible if we find a job for you.

Temporary

These assignments have a start and end date. They can range from a few hours to a few weeks or even longer depending on the client’s needs. These assignments are a great option if you’re looking to make some extra cash, need a temporary job between careers, or if you’re looking to “test” out a new industry!

Contract-to-Direct

These assignments provide the opportunity to be hired by the client company after going through a trial period of being employed by FINCEPTIVE for a certain timeframe (normally 15 weeks). If the client feels like you and the position are a good fit for their organization, they can opt to hire you directly!

Direct Placement

Direct placement is when FINEPTIVE assists the client company with recruiting and screening for candidates to be directly placed in their organization (no trial period necessary).

If you are placed on a temporary assignment, your Client Services Specialist will inform you of how long the assignment is expected to last. Either the client or the Client Services Specialist will notify you if there is a change with this date.

If you are placed on a Contract-to-Direct assignment, the Client Services Specialist will contact the client once you are close to completing the liquidation period to find out if they are ready to hire you on or extend your assignment.  Either the client or Client Services Specialist will contact you with the decision. Please contact your Client Services Specialist if you have any questions about this.

We strive to make sure every placement is a great fit for both you and the client. However, we understand this will not always be the case. Please contact the Client Services Specialist who placed you on the assignment right away if there are any concerns you may have. Your Client Services Specialist will be available to offer their guidance.

Our Frankfurt office is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm on Wednesday. We encourage you to take an appointment before dropping in and also you can discuss your problem r queries first with your Client Services Specialist which may take off the requirement of your personal visit.

Applying for positions is a one-way communication. Once you apply, your application will be sent directly to the Client Services Specialist assigned to the specific opening. You will be contacted by an Client Services Specialist if they are successful in scheduling an interview for the position you applied for.

Please know that just because you do not hear from someone, does not mean you are not being considered for positions. There is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes.
