Our Story
One fine day we had been trying to recruit an Automated Testing Engineer and after 13 odd interviews realized that what we were getting were half baked, non-updated professionals who think they are ahead of the curve, whereas where they stand was somewhere in the lower middle. After putting so much effort in interviewing each candidate, our Director still had 48 candidates more to analyze. She wanted to make the process more efficient and accurate to judge a person’s capability and that is the instance when our private process of finding a reliable specialist was incepted.
Our Director went on to make this process more better and we understood that we need to keep on improving it as the demand in the recruitment market and recruits keep on changing.
Our initiative is to exhibit; recruiting is not about finding people anymore but it is about finding a right expert.
